Se negó la presente solicitud porque la Corte consideró que el Alcalde de la Localidad de Santafé no puede pedir ninguna aclaración ni adición sobre el fallo SU.360/99 ya que para dicha providencia no procede, toda vez que los fallos de la Corte Constitucional no admiten ni adición, ni aclaración, salvo que haya habido errores de mecanografía o de transcripción.
Además, en el caso concreto se aprecia que la Sentencia es suficientemente clara tanto en la parte motiva como en las órdenes que da.
